Each embroidered T-shirt is made to order , with extreme attention paid to each step. No industrial stock, no mass production - but a human, artisanal, precise and sustainable approach .
When an order is placed, it is the beginning of a creative process where each T-shirt is taken in hand, checked, prepared and embroidered with care , to guarantee you an exceptional garment, ready to be worn as soon as it arrives.
🧵 Step 1: Selecting the T-shirt – quality first
As soon as we receive your order, our team begins by searching for the T-shirt corresponding to your choice of size and color (white or black).
But here, there is no question of taking a product out of a box without looking at it.
From this stage, quality control begins :
- We check that the mesh is tight , regular and homogeneous
- We check that the color is clear , without stains, without irregularities
- We examine the seams, the finishes , and the absence of loose threads.
- We systematically reject any T-shirt that does not meet our criteria.
A high-quality T-shirt starts with a great foundation .
✨ Step 2: Transmission to the embroiderer
Once the T-shirt has been approved, it is entrusted to our professional embroidery craftsman .
This one will then:
- Prepare the threads suited to your pattern (color, shine, strength)
- Choose specific needles , depending on the fabric and design
- Select the right stabilizers to ensure the embroidery holds perfectly
- Frame the T-shirt so that the fabric is taut, without creases or tension.
- Start embroidery on our professional machines, under constant supervision
Nothing is automated without supervision: each embroidery is closely monitored , adjusted if necessary, and controlled from start to finish.
🪡 Step 3: Manual finishing & expert quality control
Once the embroidery is complete, the T-shirt passes into the hands of a finishing expert, with more than 20 years of experience .
This step is crucial:
- All excess threads are cut , both front and back.
- The edges of the pattern are cleaned , without damaging the stitches
- The stabilizers are carefully cut, leaving just enough to ensure durability
- The expert checks the quality of the embroidery , the density of the stitches , the centering of the pattern , the regularity of the whole
- He checks the condition of the fabric and the neatness of the location again
This double control - before and after embroidery - ensures impeccable final quality, meeting the requirements of French craftsmanship.
👕 Step 4: Ironing and careful packaging
Before leaving, each embroidered T-shirt goes through manual ironing , to smooth it, restore its shape, and guarantee you a garment ready to wear upon receipt .
It is then carefully folded, slipped into a protective sleeve , and then securely packaged for shipping , whether for personal use or as a gift.
